Our commitment to excellence extends beyond just the excitement of receiving a mystery shirt; it also encompasses our Returns Policy. We firmly believe that every customer should be delighted with their purchase, and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our comprehensive Returns Policy ensures a hassle-free process that prioritises customers above all else. Returns are available when shirt sizing is off, in the rare event of a defect or genuine error.
Please note: Bargain Boxes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All sales of this product are final.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and sent back within 30 days from the delivered date. Once 30 days have passed, orders are no longer returnable and you may not receive a refund or replacement. Shirts sent without tags, worn or washed are not eligible for return.
You’ll also need to place the order confirmation or a handwritten note inside the package stating your order number so we can identify the return; failing to do this can lead to no refund or exchange. You don’t need to return the box, this will reduce postage costs.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@matchdaymystery.co.uk or via Live Support. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Bonus mystery items and freebies cannot be exchanged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when it has been approved. You will automatically be refunded via your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You should allow 5-15 working days, depending on your bank.
Personalised/Player Items
- Personalised items cannot be refunded.
- Since player squad numbers aren’t fixed, they can change anytime. We are not responsible for these changes.
- We are not responsible for any spelling errors or typos made by you when ordering.
