Email updates

After ordering you will receive an order confirmation via email; once we’ve packed your order for dispatch, you’ll receive a “packing complete” confirmation, followed by another email with the tracking number enclosed.

Delivery timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days. Please note larger orders can take slightly longer to dispatch. Specific requests may also add to the dispatch time.
Here are our current delivery estimates once dispatched:
Worldwide Economy Tracked: 6-30 days
Worldwide Express Tracked: 3-21 days
We deliver worldwide but please bear in mind additional import fees may incur to some EU-member states, which is out of our control. Import charges are not reflected in the prices of our products. The delivery estimates on our website do not take into account any import delays or customer negligence.


Receiving your goods

We are not responsible for customers who provide incorrect or incomplete addresses. Undeliverable items will end up being returned back to us so please ensure the address provided is correct at the time of purchase. You can reach out to us if you wish to make changes before dispatch.

We are not responsible for unclaimed packages. It is your responsibility to make sure someone is at home on the day of delivery or to arrange redelivery/collection. After several failed delivery attempts, the postal company may return the item(s) back, in which case you will need to inform us so we can arrange a replacement. In the event of a refund, we will deduct the original shipping cost from the total refund amount.

If you choose a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or arrange collection from another location, it is your responsibility to receive the package – we won’t be liable for any loss or damage via these methods.

Lost Parcels & Investigations

We take the security and timely delivery of parcels seriously. In the rare event that a parcel does not reach its destination within the maximum delivery time of 30 working days from the date of dispatch, we initiate a thorough investigation. Customers are encouraged to notify our customer support team immediately upon suspecting a lost parcel. Our dedicated team conducts internal reviews, communicates with shipping carriers, and performs thorough searches to locate the missing parcel. Upon concluding the investigation, we offer a replacement of the lost items or a full refund, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for our valued customers.
